Jacinta Kabarungi Bishanga
Arch. Jacinta is currently the Vice President of the USA and is also a member of the Professional Practice Commission of the International Union of Architects (UIA) on which she represents Region V, Africa.
Jacinta is also a council member on the East African Institute of Architects and a partner with De-Zyn Forum Limited, an architectural practice based in Kampala. She is a qualified architect and project manager with wide ranging professional experience in architectural design and construction gained on different projects over time.
Jacinta gained her Bachelor of Architecture degree at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda, and a Master’s degree in Project Management at Northwestern University in Illinois, USA. She has worked extensively on private developments as well as large scale public undertakings, including but not limited to institutional, health care, hospitality, industrial and residential projects.
